Job Description

P&L Reporting
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly Profit & Loss statements.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Auditing Business Transactions

Perform internal audits of financial transactions and systems.
Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for process

improvement.
Bookkeeping & Financial Record Maintenance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Manage reconciliations of accounts and general ledger.

Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (GST,

TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Assist in preparation and coordination for internal and external

audits.
Collections Management

Track receivables and ensure timely follow-ups for collections.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage payment

schedules.
Communication & Reporting

Present financial data to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise

manner.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
