Job Description

P&L Reporting
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly Profit & Loss statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Auditing Business Transactions
  • Perform internal audits of financial transactions and systems.
  • Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for process
improvement.
Bookkeeping & Financial Record Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Manage reconciliations of accounts and general ledger.
Compliance Management
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (GST,
TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Assist in preparation and coordination for internal and external
audits.
Collections Management
  • Track receivables and ensure timely follow-ups for collections.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage payment
schedules.
Communication & Reporting
  • Present financial data to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
