The role partner works closely with the Finance Director, the wider Bangalore finance team, and the Travelopia Group Finance team in the UK, ensuring all results are met with precision, speed, and adherence to policies, Enchanting Travels is an innovative company specializing in crafting outstanding tailor-made journeys for discerning travelers to more than 70 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, North America, Europe, Oceania and, the Polar Region Founded in 2004, we have made the travel dreams of thousands of guests from around the world come true Travelopia acquired Enchanting Travels in 2019 and, now we are part of the world's leading collection of experiential travel brands We rely on outstanding team members who are passionate about what they do and committed to providing excellent service We are a multicultural team with 160 individuals from 17 nationalities working from our offices in the USA, Germany, India and Kenya, What well offer: Competitive salary and Bonus scheme Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model Wider scope for learning, working with global teams Career progression opportunities What youll do: Lead all aspects of accounting operations and general ledger accuracy across all ET entities, Review month-end and consolidated accounts, ensuring compliance with policies, IFRS, GAAP, and reporting timelines, Validate revenues, costs, accruals, and margins; investigate variances, Deliver month-end performance reports in line with Travelopia deadlines on HFM, Ensure strong financial controls, quarterly checklists, and accurate balance sheet reconciliations via Blackline, Handle intercompany reconciliations, year-end closure, fixed assets, and process documentation, Drive efficiencies and automation in AP/AR processes, Ensure timely filing and reporting of taxes (VAT, GST, direct taxes) across geographies, Coordinate ABTA/ATOL and other travel-specific compliance, Lead statutory, tax, and group audits with internal/external auditors, Run cross-border/related-party transactions and payroll compliance, Own HFM monthly management accounts and variance analysis, Collaborate with FP&A and senior finance leaders in cost reviews, Build dashboards for business performance visibility, Partner with customers on budgets, critical metrics, and financial alignment, Supervise and lead cash flows with the Travelopia treasury team, Supervise intercompany settlements, FX exposure, and hedging strategies, Ensure treasury covenant compliance and reporting, Lead a team of 8 across AP, AR, Payroll, Compliance, and Reporting, Coordinate workload planning and ensure smooth operations, Partner with global teams (Sales, Ops, Product, HR, Group Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal), What youll bring: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, Proven years of experience in finance roles within global organizations, Strong background in financial control, audit, reporting, and good to have team handling experience, Expertise in Accounting, IFRS, local GAAP, tax compliance, VAT/GST, and multi-entity consolidation, Experience with cross-border transactions and multi-currency environments, Proficiency in Excel, Zoho, QuickBooks and HFM (preferred), We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves and teams with varied strengths drive better results Were committed to encouraging a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed, Travelopia ensures an inclusive work environment for
