Position Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the company’s complete financial cycle including accounting, taxation, auditing, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to work independently with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations as per company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and all statutory compliances.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Manage banking activities including fund flow, LC, OD limits, loan documentation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and present financial performance to the management.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cost optimization strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure 100% accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in financial planning for business expansion and strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation Laws, Companies Act, and Auditing principles.
• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant – CA Qualified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
