Job Description

Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Audit Coordination: Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns.
Internal Controls: Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Good to have:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience or a finance professional (non-CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience
Prior leadership experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
