Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, business performance metrics, and variance analysis. Develop financial models to support business cases, investments, and cost optimization initiatives. Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders based on financial data. Monitor key KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with operational performance. Support in preparing presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional qualification is a plus). 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business finance roles. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
