About the Role:

You will play a key role in providing compliance and regulatory advisory services to our diverse portfolio of SEBI-regulated clients (AIF, PMS, IA, RA). This position offers hands-on experience in end-to-end compliance management, directly applying your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Compliance Management:

    Provide end-to-end compliance support to clients in the AIF, PMS, IA, and RA categories, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations.
  • Regulatory Filings & Documentation:

    Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports, returns, compliance checklists, and registers.
  • Entity Onboarding:

    Assist in the complete registration and onboarding process for new SEBI-regulated entities.
  • Document Drafting & Vetting:

    Draft and vet critical client-facing documents including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), disclosure documents, and client agreements.
  • Audit & Inspection Support:

    Act as a key point of support for clients during SEBI audits, inspections, and regulatory queries.
  • Regulatory Monitoring:

    Track new SEBI circulars and notifications, conduct impact analysis, and advise clients on necessary actions.
  • Advisory & Training:

    Support in conducting internal compliance training sessions for client teams.

Who Should Apply (Qualifications):

  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Law, or Finance.
  • Experience:

    1-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, preferably within a consulting firm, law firm, or a SEBI-regulated entity.
  • A strong foundational understanding of the SEBI Act and regulations is a must.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
  • High level of professional ethics and ability to handle confidential information.
