In this role, you will be instrumental in managing financial operations, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing business performance, and delivering actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and foster growth.Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely, compliant reporting.- Perform in-depth financial and data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.- Track KPIs, analyze variances, and identify trends to monitor and improve financial performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial data with organizational goals.- Assist with audit preparations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.- Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements and automation in finance functions.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (MBA in Finance preferred).- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, with expertise in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards), Power BI, and other financial tools.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Capability to simplify complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.- High accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.What We Offer- 100% remote work flexibility- Competitive compensation with growth potential- A collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative work culture
