Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required: Chartered Accountant with 5 years of post-qualification experience Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audits (statutory, tax, internal, compliance) for clients across industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies. Oversee financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS, IFRS as required). Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and coordinate with tax authorities for assessments, appeals, and queries. Review and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow, and budgets. Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems. Provide advisory support to clients/management on financial planning, structuring, and risk management. Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and reviewing their work. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for smooth closure of audits. Stay updated with amendments in accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks. Required Skills & Competencies Chartered Accountant with 5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit/Tax/Finance (Big 4 or mid-sized firm experience preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST. Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
