Job Summary The Finance Analyst at Synechron plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization through detailed financial reporting and analysis. This role is designed to ensure accurate financial statements and provide insights into budgeting, forecasting, and financial trends, thus contributing significantly to achieving business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. Software Requirements Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Preferred: Familiarity with advanced financial modeling and forecasting tools Overall Responsibilities Support the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models to support business planning. Analyze financial data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Stay informed about the latest accounting and financial reporting standards to maintain compliance and best practices. Technical Skills (By Category) Accounting and Financial Reporting: Essential: Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Preferred: Experience with advanced financial modeling tools Software Proficiency: Essential: Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Preferred: Additional financial analysis tools Data Analysis: Essential: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends Preferred: Ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategic recommendations Experience Requirements 0-2 years of experience in a financial analysis or related role.
