Location: GurugramExperience: Minimum of 2 years Department: AccountsJob Type: Full-timeBudget:- 3-4 LPA Company Name: Sequifi > (www.sequifi.com) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Account Specialist to manage the financial transactions, reporting, and compliance of our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with financial software, and the ability to analyse financial data accurately. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections while ensuring timely reconciliation.Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Taxation & Compliance: Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Ensure compliance with financial regulations.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.Payroll Processing: Handle payroll transactions, including salary disbursement and deductions.Audit Coordination: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.MIS Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports for decision-making.Vendor & Client Coordination: Maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and banks for smooth financial operations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in an accounting role.Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
