Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (C&PM)
 activities for 
non-telecom systems
 such as DC Plants, Rectifiers, Generators, Solar Systems, Cooling Systems, and other site-related equipment across the UAE. The role ensures the reliability, safety, and operational continuity of these systems through effective resource management, compliance with maintenance standards, and adherence to service-level commitments.
Key Responsibilities
 - Operational Management
 - Manage and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance (C&PM) activities across all non-telecom systems. 
 - Ensure systematic execution of operations in line with OEM guidelines, regulatory standards, and Etisalat (e&) procedures. 
 - Oversee system failure response and coordinate planned outages or hazardous work activities. 
 
- Performance & Resource Management
 - Review productivity, work practices, and ensure optimal deployment of personnel, test equipment, and resources. 
 - Manage field staff performance and guide teams in handling complex maintenance or rectification cases. 
 - Conduct regular site audits to ensure teams carry required tools, safety gear, and test equipment. 
 
- Safety & Compliance
 - Enforce compliance with Etisalat’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) guidelines and customer safety standards. 
 - Ensure safety and security measures are implemented consistently at all maintenance sites. 
 
- Issue Resolution & Reporting
 - Follow up on rectification of snags and ensure closure within defined SLAs. 
 - Prepare and submit detailed incident reports for escalated cases, including those requiring insurance or police documentation. 
 
- Preventive Maintenance & Planning
 - Plan and execute monthly preventive maintenance (PM) targets. 
 - Monitor progress and ensure prompt resolution of outstanding issues. 
 - Schedule hardware checks and track completion of corrective actions. 
 
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
 - Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for data sharing, site visits, and technical inspections. 
 - Manage outsourced maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and KPIs. 
 - Represent the section in internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with business continuity and governance goals. 
 
- Documentation & Reporting
 - Maintain accurate maintenance records, audit reports, and asset inventory (BSS). 
 - Prepare management reports on maintenance performance, contractor governance, and operational efficiency. 
 
- Field Supervision
 - Conduct independent site visits to validate work quality and compliance. 
 - Ensure real-time issue escalation and resolution support. 
 
Education
Qualifications & Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). 
 
Experience
- Required: 12–15 years of experience in field operations and maintenance of non-telecom systems (power, cooling, or infrastructure). 
 - Desired: 15–20 years of experience, with exposure to multi-site maintenance management. 
 
Other Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills. 
 - Proficiency in maintenance management systems and reporting tools. 
 - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. 
 - Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
