Position Summary: To ensure all the regions of Mongolia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Sri Lanka (South East Asia & Sub Sahara countries) are maintained and fully operational according to the contractual obligation for the Accounts. Effectively troubleshoot and repair all mechanical & electrical systems of locomotives, both on and off site. Take Corrective action as needed for all safety and work-related issues at all sheds. Responsible for long- and short-term planning and meeting operation schedules Communicate information in a timely manner to all employees. Assure proper maintenance of facility equipment and machinery is in working condition. Effectively troubleshoot and repair all mechanical & electrical system of a locomotive. Administer all policies and procedures that relate to the facilities at individual sheds. Ensure all governmental agency inspection requirements and/or procedures are accounted for and documented. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures with all staff Ensure good safety practices and housekeeping to all sheds Co-ordinate with engineering in LaGrange with all issues with issues with new locomotives.
