1. Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. 2. Sales & Customer Engagement: Present, promote, and sell industrial automation products, including coding and marking machines (CIJ, TTO, TIJ, Laser Printers), sensors, encoders, and conveyors. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed. 3. Quotation & Documentation Management: Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation to customers. Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. 4. Order Processing & Payment Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding purchase orders and ensure timely processing. Track payments and ensure on-time recovery as per agreed terms. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution. 6. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and submit sales reports, including: a) Sales Plan b) Sales Pipeline c) Orders and Follow-ups d) Payments and Follow-ups Regularly communicate sales performance and market insights to management. 7. Team Collaboration & Target Achievement: Work closely with team members to achieve collective sales targets. Installation of company products at customer sites Attend printer breakdown calls and deliver prompt customer support Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition. Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analysing the market requirements and sharing the same to the managers on daily and weekly basis. Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers. Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements. Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis. Maintains quality service and establishing Customer Relationship. Willingness to travel extensively as per company requirements Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as per guidelines.
