1. Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. 2. Sales & Customer Engagement: Present, promote, and sell industrial automation products, including coding and marking machines (CIJ, TTO, TIJ, Laser Printers), sensors, encoders, and conveyors. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed. 3. Quotation & Documentation Management: Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation to customers. Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. 4. Order Processing & Payment Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding purchase orders and ensure timely processing. Track payments and ensure on-time recovery as per agreed terms. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution. 6. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and submit sales reports, including: a) Sales Plan b) Sales Pipeline c) Orders and Follow-ups d) Payments and Follow-ups Regularly communicate sales performance and market insights to management. 7.
