Budgeting • Provides input to manager on sales growth and other relevant heads to help prepare budget for the region Cost Management • Monitors expenses related to freight and ensures effective utilization of resources Management Reporting • Prepares reports related to the performance in terms of production requirements, payment collection etc. and forwards to manager for review.
