Position Summary

The Field Sales Representative will be the face of Aruva in the field, responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships within the Delhi NCR region. This role is crucial for expanding our subscription services, which include offering professional audio-visual & lighting systems to Restaurants/Lounge Bars & Nightclubs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of Aruva's subscription services.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    Negotiate contracts and close sales, working closely with the sales manager and legal teams to ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position Aruva's offerings.
  • Reporting:

    Accurately forecast sales, track performance, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system.
  • Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through implementation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any other specialization in business promotions.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
