Job Description

Sales Manager (Field)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the health, fitness, and nutrition retail sectors.
Conduct regular field visits to gyms, wellness centers, fitness studios, retail stores, and sports outlets to pitch and sell
Blubein
products.
Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
Effectively communicate product benefits and unique selling propositions to potential customers.
Generate, follow up, and close leads to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Organize product training sessions and in-store promotional campaigns.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product and sales strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and propose proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Act as a professional brand ambassador in all customer engagements and public interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 5 years of proven field sales experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, FMCG, pharma, or health/wellness industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in
English and Tamil
is a must.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-driven, energetic, and willing to travel extensively across Chennai and nearby regions.
Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
