Role & responsibilities Responsibility: Design MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts based on project requirements and codes. Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to integrate MEP systems into building designs. Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Provide technical support and guidance to project team. Conduct tests and inspections to verify MEP system functionality and performance. Communicate effectively with clients, PMC and regulatory authorities regarding MEP design and implementation. Co-ordinating with the purchase team for material delivery follow up and approval of material list (Electrical, HVAC, FA/PA, Data and Access). Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in MEP design and coordination for construction projects.
