Sr. Manager - Field Sales Professional – Product Engineering Services (Global Capability Centers)

Location: India (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune preferred)

We are a global product engineering and data-driven platform services company dedicated to helping enterprises and ISVs build modern, scalable digital ecosystems through data platforms, cloud-native modernization, and intelligent automation. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our footprint within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, which serve as engineering and innovation hubs for leading enterprises worldwide. We seek a dynamic Field Sales Professional to own and drive revenue across a targeted list of GCC clients, while also engaging with their US headquarters teams.


Role Overview

This is an end-to-end enterprise sales role ideal for a consultative, high-energy professional with expertise in both engineering depth and enterprise buying processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full-cycle sales from account mapping, lead qualification, and stakeholder orchestration to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Targeting GCCs of Fortune 1000 and high-growth enterprises across verticals such as FinTech, Healthcare, Big Box Retail, and Technology.
  • Collaborating with solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams to design custom go-to-market strategies focused on product engineering, data modernization, and platform engineering.
  • Building deep relationships with India-based GCC leadership (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Product Leaders) while aligning with global HQ decision-makers in the US.
  • Leveraging CRM, ABM platforms, and intent data to prioritize pipeline execution and improve win ratios.
  • Delivering predictable revenue through quarterly pipeline reviews, Statement of Work (SOW) management, and long-term account planning.


What You’ll Bring

  • 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in product engineering, digital transformation, or technology consulting services.

  • Proven success managing GCC accounts or large technology centers of multinational enterprises.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex multi-million-dollar deals involving cross-border stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering ecosystems—including data platforms, cloud-native architectures, and AI/ML productization.
  • Executive presence, consultative storytelling skills, and cultural fluency to engage leaders based both in India and the US.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across India and to the US for business engagements.
