Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, pitching our HR and recruitment solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients across industries. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services. Pitch Remark HR’s solutions to decision-makers (HR heads, business owners, etc.) across SMEs and enterprises. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding. Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and maintain high conversion ratios. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Gather market intelligence and competitor data to refine the go-to-market approach. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, support) to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales (experience in HR services, staffing, or recruitment preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals. Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
