Job Description

A two-wheeler field sales executive is responsible for a variety of tasks that involve generating sales and managing customer relationships in a specific geographic territory. They typically travel extensively within their assigned area to meet with potential and existing clients, dealers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking. They're responsible for generating leads, nurturing a sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Customer & Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and dealership partners. This involves providing product information, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They also perform product demonstrations and advise customers on the best two-wheeler for their needs. Market Research & Reporting: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and stay updated on industry trends. They are also responsible for preparing and submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to management. Promotional Activities: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate new leads. Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required. Experience and a proven track record can be more important than formal education. Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the automotive or two-wheeler industry, is a significant advantage. A history of meeting and exceeding sales targets is highly valued. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for building rapport and closing deals. Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient. They must be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and handle rejection gracefully. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other basic computer applications like MS Office is often required for tracking leads and managing sales data. Essential Requirement: The ability to operate a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is mandatory for a field sales role. Qualification Must have a valid Two wheeler driving license. Any Degree or Plus two qualification. Good Communication skills required. Male candidates preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.
