Job Description

Oxmile Logistics is looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to acquire new B2B customers and grow logistics business in assigned territories. The role involves direct client visits, lead generation, freight sales, and relationship management with manufacturers, distributors, and traders. 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and onboard new B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers). Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market mapping. Promote Oxmile Logistics services: FTL, PTL, Line Haul & Last-Mile Delivery. Prepare and submit freight quotations and proposals. Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company guidelines. 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with operations team. 3. Market Intelligence Collect market data on competitors, freight rates, and customer demand. Identify new routes, industries, and business opportunities. Share regular market feedback with management. 4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer support teams. Ensure proper documentation for client onboarding. Maintain daily sales activity reports, visit reports, and pipeline status. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma (any stream preferred). 1–3 years of experience in logistics sales / transport / courier / supply chain. Knowledge of FTL, PTL, transport operations, freight pricing. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email). Two-wheeler required (with valid license). Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in logistics, transport, or B2B sales. Local market knowledge of Kolhapur / Maharashtra industrial areas. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. Ability to work independently and in a team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new clients onboarded. Monthly freight revenue generated. Customer retention rate. Sales conversion ratio. Field visit productivity.
