We're actively looking for a Field Sales Executive for the emerging SaaS company in Chennai location!
Work Location: Guindy
Role & Department: Field Sales (SaaS Division)
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: Fresher or Min. 1 - 3 years of sales experience (FMCG, D2D, fintech, micro-SaaS preferred).
CTC: Up to INR 35,000/Month (Based on experience) + Attractive perks
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).- Confident in explaining mobile applications and digital tools.- Grooming standards must be followed at all times during work and client visits.- Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to work in a field sales environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to salons and wellness centers within the assigned zone.- Present and demonstrate the our SaaS application to business owners.- Explain app features, including appointment booking, payment management, and customer record maintenance.- Assist new users with app setup and usage during the trial period.- Follow up with leads and support conversion from trial to paid subscriptions.- Maintain accurate lead details and daily activity updates in the CRM.- Share customer feedback, challenges, and competitor updates with the reporting manager.
