SUMMARY
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the premium plywood and interior materials industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base by directly engaging with architects and interior designers through strategic outreach and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will leverage both company-provided and personal databases to drive sales, deliver compelling product pitches, and convert meetings into successful projects. The position demands full commitment to on-field work, with a strong focus on performance, adaptability, and client-centric service. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals eager to build a career in a high-growth manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
  • Understand client needs, project timelines, and annual design projections.
  • Present and pitch plywood, laminate, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer products effectively.
  • Convert client meetings into confirmed sales and project orders.
  • Maintain and grow a personal database of potential clients alongside company-aided leads.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to engage with clients and follow up on opportunities.
  • Utilize mobile devices and digital tools for communication, documentation, and sales tracking.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability in managing field activities independently.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills (English-medium education from Class 1 to 10 is mandatory).
  • Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler for field work.
  • Proficient in handling mobile devices, social media platforms, and relevant sales or CRM apps.
  • Logical thinker with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to work full-time in an on-field, non-hybrid, non-remote environment (8 9 hours daily, outside office).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior field sales experience (1+ year) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Gender - neutral; both female and male candidates are welcome.
