Job Description

Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Operations Managers, Site In-charges, and HR for manpower forecasts.
Understand job roles such as Housekeeping, Technicians, Supervisors, Pantry Staff, etc.
Prepare weekly recruitment plans and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
Conduct field recruitment drives in nearby residential areas, labour nakas, industrial areas, ITIs, skill centers, and vendor networks.
Source candidates through local references, walk-ins, vendors, NGOs, contractors, and job fairs.
Conduct initial screening interviews for blue-collar roles.
Verify basic eligibility such as age, experience, skill level, and willingness for shifts.
Coordinate final interviews with operations/site managers.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in
field or blue-collar recruitment.
Willingness to travel locally for field hiring.
Strong networking and sourcing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
