Gender: Male Qualification: UG / PG Experience: 3 to 8 years. Industry: Staffing business / Manpower Contract / NAPS / NEEM Service Provider / NTTF based company experience or similar. Offering CTC Negotiable + Incentive + Other Benefits. Preference - Immediate to join. Languages Known Tamil, English mandatory. Hindi knowing added advantage and also any other south Indian language. Working Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate. Responsibilities : Identify and analyse potential clients in the market. Generate and bring new business by meeting potential clients from the market, generate new clients through your network and develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Familiarize yourself with the Services offering offered by the company. Build networking activities through research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggest upgrades or value added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Review clients' feedback and applying necessary changes. Candidate Profile: Should have strong track of record of sales background from staffing and training industry. Should have highly target oriented and able to handle pressure. Should possess excellent communication in English, Hindi & Tamil. & interpersonal skills. Should have relevant years of experience from staffing or training industry. Should be a self-motivator, understand client needs and providing relevant solutions. Should be a Post Graduate. Should have strong negotiation skills with clients to secure and bring more business
