Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter, located in Kochi. The responsibilities include sourcing and hiring delivery personnel, coordinating recruitment drives, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing employee onboarding activities, and maintaining detailed candidate and recruitment records. The Field Recruiter will also establish relationships with local communities and institutions and ensure hiring targets are met within stipulated timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, recruitment tools, and methods, including candidate evaluation and shortlisting skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage recruitment activities effectively.
• Ability to handle data management, maintain recruitment and hiring-related records, and work with relevant recruitment analytics tools.
• Understanding of hiring processes, onboarding activities, and labor compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and recruitment targets.
• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment in logistics or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in local languages is desirable for engaging with the community effectively.
