We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in data science and business analytics to support and optimize our last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large datasets, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to generate actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business performance. Job Description: - Analyze business data related to last-mile delivery operations to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and gaps for improvement. - Track key performance metrics across delivery operations, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with the Data MIS team to generate, standardize and automate business reports. - Develop dashboards and visualizations that provide clear insights to stakeholders. - Work closely with relevant departments (operations, supply, risk, payroll) to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning. - Monitor progress of initiatives by tracking actionables and outcomes with stakeholders. - Identify gaps and inconsistencies in data and propose solutions for data quality improvement. - Ability to lead and monitor a team of relevant analysts.
