Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive/Field Recruiter/Team Leader Operations based in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating field operations, recruiting new staff, training team members, providing excellent customer service, and troubleshooting operational issues. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
