Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter based in Delhi, India. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring delivery personnel. Key tasks include visiting various locations to meet potential candidates, conducting in-person interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Field Recruiter will also be involved in organizing recruitment drives and collaborating with local agencies to fill vacancies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Experience in coordinating with hiring managers and organizing recruitment drives
• Ability to conduct in-person interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the city and visit various locations for recruitment purposes
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
