Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit front-office employees and ensure manpower availability at client sites to prevent revenue loss.
  • Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with clients, understanding their hierarchy and strategic requirements.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to clients.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up for payments.
  • Track Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain financial records accurately.
  • Implement and sustain the Client For Life process to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deployment and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure 100% compliance across all assigned sites.
  • Meet all customer expectations as per service-level agreements.
  • Maintain strong communication, reporting, and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Use MS Excel effectively for reporting, tracking, and data management.
