• Should have at least 5 years of experience in operation and handling multiple facilities.
• Should have sound knowledge in Security, Housekeeping and Gardening field.
• Candidate is good at English spoken as well as written
• Must have two wheeler with License
• Should have good knowledge of MS word, Excel, PPT and internet.
• Should be proactive in approach and adopt innovative approach to solve issues and satisfy customers.
• Takes care of meeting with clients and sorting out issue and collections of payments
• Ensure process is followed as per management/ process teams requirements without any deviation
• FULL SITE visits ROUND the premises a must and give instructions for rectification issues, if any, during site visit (Weekly / Monthly).
• Ensure that all facilities are placed with good security, housekeeper and Gardner as and when required
• He should a good judge of people -monitor and identify negative elements of staffs and replace
• Ensure employee happiness and at same time forecast recruitment requirements
• Should have eye for detail and cleanliness
• Should lead by example and should be able to understand the pulse of lower level staff, make them work and should be a solution provider to their issues.
• AMC renewals and ensure vendors visit the premises for periodical maintenance etc as per AMC contract.
• Should have ability to source Security, housekeeping, electrician and plumbers as and when required.
• Should coordinate with realtors to show the vacant property for rental.
• Should coordinate with govt employees (TNEB / Corporation etc) if any issues arises in the property.
• Maintain property related documents.
