Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Facility Manager position based in Jabalpur. The Facility Manager will oversee daily operations within the client's facilities, manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance services, and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols. Additionally, responsibilities include supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring the optimal functioning of building systems and services. Collaboration with teams to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability will be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Facilities management knowledge and skills, including experience with building systems, maintenance, and infrastructure functionality planning
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams
• Proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiation, and resource allocation
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to safety and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy efficiency strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in facility management or a related role
