Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include supervising janitorial staff, managing laundry services, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. Qualifications \n Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams Knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry operations Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the housekeeping industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
