Field Operations Supervisor

Note :

The preferred candidate must be willing to travel extensively across India for Projects ( On and Off Shore).

CTC Bracket for the Role is 5-8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of ROV field inspection projects

• Ensure seamless execution of tasks as per project plans and timeline

• Organize, supervise, and guide the team to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Lead and manage a team of ROV pilots, data analysts, and technicians during ROV inspection

projects

• Collaborate effectively and resolve on-site team challenges

• Participate in pre- and post-operation meetings to understand project goals and outcomes

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients

• Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations

• Maintain a professional demeanor to strengthen client relationships

• Implement and enforce safety protocols as per company standards and policies

• Conduct safety checks and report potential risks or hazards

• Oversee mobilization and demobilization of team, ROV systems, and supporting equipment

• Ensure high-quality data collection and integrity during inspections

• Provide detailed post-operation debriefs and feedback for improvement

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Support in post-processing and report preparation

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime

• Provide support for new product development as needed

• Record and report operational issues, repairs, and maintenance activities

Skills Required:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam

• Understanding of civil drawings

• Strong team coordination and communication skills

• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Physically fit and able to travel extensively, including challenging locations and weather conditions

Work Environment:

Offshore and onshore field operations with extended periods at sea or remote locations. Rotational

schedules and flexible working hours based on project requirements. Physically and mentally

demanding environments, requiring resilience and adaptability.

Experience:

6–7 years of experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in field operations.

Experience in ROV inspection, aerial drone inspection, or geographic survey is preferred.

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
