Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor (Security Services) 📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka 🏢 Company: ATOP Security Group 🕒 Full-time | On-Field Role About the Role ATOP Security Group is hiring a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily deployment, monitor guard performance, maintain client relations, and ensure smooth operational execution across assigned sites in Bangalore. This is a core field role for someone with strong discipline, hands-on management skills, and previous experience in the security industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to monitor guard attendance, discipline, and uniform standards Coordinate deployment, shift changes, and manpower allocation Act as the primary on-ground contact for clients; handle concerns professionally Submit daily reports on guard performance, site conditions, and operational issues Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of guards when required Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies Manage emergencies or incident responses and escalate when needed Maintain communication between guards, management, and client representatives Support senior operations managers in day-to-day ground operations Requirements Minimum 2–5 years experience in security agency operations OR field supervision Strong discipline, communication, and people-management skills Ability to work flexible hours, travel across sites, and manage field tasks Ability to manage guards, handle multiple sites & work under pressure Should be physically fit and comfortable with outdoor operational work Familiarity with security protocols, manpower management, and reporting Two-wheeler preferred (field mobility) Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting & site management Must be Bangalore-based Preferred Qualifications Experience working with security agencies or facility management firms Background in the army, defence, or uniformed services (added advantage) What We Offer Competitive salary & field allowances Professional growth within ATOP’s operations team Stable, long-term role with a 20+ year organization Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership How to Apply 📧 Send your CV to: atopsec@rediffmail.com 🌐 www.atopsec.com
