Job Purpose:

The WFM Specialist-SM is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Workforce Management (WFM) systems in field operations. This role ensures seamless coordination between on-ground teams and digital applications to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and task allocation. By leveraging technology and process improvements, the WFM Team Member contributes to achieving operational excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and aligning field operations with organizational objectives. The role also focuses on troubleshooting field application issues, providing training to field staff, and ensuring compliance with established workflows and quality standards.

Responsibilities

WFM Specialist-SM

Operational Excellence

Optimize field operations and resource utilization by monitoring WFM application performance, analyzing field data to identify inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions for better task allocation.Enhance task execution and workforce productivity by promptly resolving WFM-related issues, ensuring accurate task assignments, and minimizing disruptions in the field.Support field teams by conducting regular audits and aligning application usage with operational objectives and performance metrics.

Governance, Compliance, And Risk Management

Ensure compliance with organizational policies by validating WFM system processes against operational standards and regulatory requirements.Mitigate operational risks by identifying and resolving discrepancies in task allocation, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to established workflows.

Financial Management

Optimize financial outcomes by monitoring and tracking field operation costs through the WFM system, ensuring strict budget adherence and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Enable strategic cost reduction by providing actionable insights on resource utilization, aligning operations with organizational financial objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Enhance WFM application performance by gathering actionable feedback from operations managers and field teams, addressing operational challenges to improve efficiency.Ensure uninterrupted field operations by driving timely resolution of technical issues and system updates through effective collaboration with external vendors and technology providers.

Technology And Innovation

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance WFM system functionality, aligning technological advancements with field operational needs.Support the adoption of innovative WFM features by providing training and technical guidance to field staff, ensuring effective implementation and usage.Ensure scalability and flexibility of the WFM system by testing and integrating new functionalities that align with evolving field requirements.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Engineering (Must)Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

3-5 years of experience in field operations, workforce management, or a related domain.
