Join our dynamic team as a Feasibility Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping future developments! 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies for upcoming real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use). Perform detailed market research, competitor analysis, and demand-supply assessments. Prepare financial models including ROI, IRR, breakeven, and cash flow analysis. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.) for data gathering and validation. Analyze land parcels and suggest suitable development options based on zoning regulations, FSI, etc. Prepare and present feasibility reports and business proposals to senior management. Stay updated with real estate market trends, government policies, and regulatory changes. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fields. MBA preferred. 2–5 years of experience in real estate feasibility, project analysis, or consulting. Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling and valuation techniques. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic AutoCAD (preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Show more Show less
