Resolve billing queries within the stipulated TAT and document any billing discrepancies for management review. Maintain a PO tracker and proactively communicate with Sales and Management regarding PO expiry. Maintain a cancellation tracker and verify it before generating invoices. Track and respond promptly to corporate customers’ SOA queries. Register vendors for new customers efficiently. Publish weekly unbilled trackers along with issue reports.
