Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients for AI and virtual bot platforms.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations showcasing AI and automation capabilities.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client pain points and position AI solutions to address specific business challenges.


Revenue & Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.


Market Insight & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on AI trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client requirements and industry insights.


Collaboration:


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, technology, or automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI, virtual assistants, and conversational bots.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and build strategic relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling enterprise AI solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation products.
  • Knowledge of multiple industry verticals (finance, healthcare, retail, customer service).
