We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and promote our real estate prpjects. The successfull condidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and creating effective marketing compaigns. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure seamless and satisfying experience of clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience. build and maintain strong relationships with Channels Partners etc. Skilled in generating and converting leads. Skills Required: proven experience in real estate sales and marketing or similar indusrty is required. Strong communiaction and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service skilss and ability to build strong relationships. Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity is required.
