Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales, handle client inquiries, and close deals. The role involves site visits, client follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers Explain project details such as pricing, floor plans, amenities, and payment schedules Negotiate terms and close property sales Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and registrations Update CRM with lead status and follow-ups Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
