Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage

    customer life cycle

    from booking to possession and post-handover.
  • Coordinate with banks for loan approvals and disbursements, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle post-sales customer queries and escalations.
  • Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval & disbursement.
  • Act as

    single point of contact

    for customers after sales closure
  • Handle

    customer communication, queries, complaints, and escalations

  • Manage and monitor

    CRM / ERP systems

    for accurate customer data
  • Coordinate with

    sales, legal, finance, and project execution teams

  • Oversee

    agreement drafting, registration, and customer documentation

  • Track

    payment milestones, construction updates, and possession schedules

  • Plan and manage

    unit handover, snag list closure, and DLP coordination

  • Ensure compliance with

    RERA norms and internal CRM processes

  • Prepare

    MIS reports, CRM dashboards, and management reports
