Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and help customers find their dream properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

· Guide clients through property options, site tours, and purchase procedures.

· Understand client needs and offer suitable project recommendations.

· Maintain and grow a database of leads, clients, and prospective buyers.

· Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships post-sale.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and customer servicing.

· Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and project developments.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles (1-3 years preferred).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand client needs and handle objections effectively.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

· Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

· Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
