Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team at Cygnett Inn, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage inventory and supplies of food and beverages to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Develop and implement menus and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation of food and beverages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
