Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a strong background in supervising staff and managing daily operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate food and beverage staff activities to ensure efficient service.
Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverage services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
