F&B Supervisor

We are looking for young and dynamic experience Food and Beverage Supervisor for our brand.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage services.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff to enhance team performance.
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets, as well as control costs.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
