Job Description

Increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble-free, and courteous food and beverage service in the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas, following departmental, hotel, and corporate guidelines.
Promote sales by offering specialist advice and engaging in active selling.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas.
Plan and set up menus for groups and banquets.
Provide prompt service by bussing, serving, and setting tables efficiently.
Accurately record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders.
Serve guests food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
