F&B Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Operational Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and other departments.
• Maintain consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all F&B areas.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Financial

• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and forecasting of F&B revenues.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective stock management.
• Review daily sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
• Support menu engineering, pricing, and promotional planning.

Team Leadership

• Train, guide, and motivate F&B team members to deliver excellent service.
• Conduct briefings and ensure staff understand daily objectives and promotions.
• Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and compliance with brand standards.
• Participate in recruitment and performance appraisals as needed.

Customer Service & Brand Standards

• Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage VIP and special event service requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / F&B / Hospitality.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menus, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems (Micros, Oracle, etc.).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,214.49 - ₹29,724.86 per month
