Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team at Trident, with 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies of food and beverages to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Develop and implement menus and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food preparation and service areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, quality control measures, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
