Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the food and beverage service team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and develop new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
